"Water in the bathroom. It took forever to get warm."
"The staff is friendly, speaks good English, and shows empathy toward special requests. The hotel is perfect for a comfortable stay: spotlessly clean, with soft towels and bedding. The room is spacious and cozy; a heater is available if needed (free of charge). Breakfast includes a choice of sandwich or eggs (or both), along with fresh fruits, vegetables, juice, and tasty coffee. The hotel's convenient location allows you to get all the related services quite quickly: a delicious restaurant, where there is a "buffet" system and you can order from the menu (be sure to ask the administrator about it, you will like it), pharmacies, currency exchange, small shops with water, sweets, etc."
"The only thing I would like to ask for improvement is to fix the water supply in the evening, because otherwise the shower time can be extended, which is annoying. Thank you for your understanding!"
"The hotel is very well situated just far enough away from the noise of central Cusco but no more than a 15-20 min walk. The rooms are simple but more than adequate for what we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't have been more accommodating."

"Once inside the property it is very nice and quiet. From the outside it doesn’t seem it. The property is on a ‘normal’ street away from the tourist hotspots - I quite like this as you can escape the tourism vibe. It’s a little walk to get to the tourist bit but only about 10 mins and I found lots of different ways to go so you see more."

"Sehr sauber, reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. 1,2 km zum Plaza de Armas. War für uns aber kein Problem. Es war sehr ruhig, wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Blick in den Garten."
