"The guy at the reception was very welcoming and helpful. He helped us with the luggage (the rooms are on a 2nd floor with no elevator) provided us a good breakfast from somewhere else (additionally paid, of course), even though it was Ramadan. The entrance to the building does not look good but the rooms are fantastic! The hotel paid for parking. The location is awesome, just by the doors to the old town."

Staff is very helpful, they even helped with bringing suitcases to the second floor and took care of paid parking (which always has space, so no worries about that!). The bed was really comfortable and the TV screen was the biggest I have ever seen in any hotel anywhere in the world."
