"The Villa is located centrally but away from major traffic routes meaning it is quieter and feels more homey. The staff were super sweet and decorated our room for our honeymoon as well as preparing us breakfast early in the morning before our 5am flight. Extremely well recommended!!"

"Quiet area near the end of Street 37 so the beach was still used by fishermen and not built up like further along the street. There is a very good restaurant at the other end of the street, 4km. and also close by a very good Syrian restaurant on the main road behind the mosque opposite a large supermarket so easy to find shopping and eating places without going into the city. Breakfast was good with a selection and jars of fruit and eggs if you want."

"The room was very dusty and with many mosquitoes. Unfortunately there were no mosquito-protection in the windows. The air was strange too in the room."
"We arrived very early, and check in at 7:30 was no problem, the room was ready and we could even have breakfast. Lala was very nice and prepared breakfast for us out of hours (6:30) everyday. (her omlette is amazing!!!) The room is nice and cozy with a modern strong AC, there was a free parking spot in front of the building and there is a lot of general area to hang out. The highlight is the comfy roof terrace with view onto palm trees and the sea. We requested an early checkout at 7:00 am the day before we left and it worked out flawlessly. I will recommend this accomodation to friends and family who visit muscat."

"I had a pleasant stay at Lana Villa in Muscat. The room is fairly standard but well maintained, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning works very well, the bathroom is clean, and the bed is especially comfortable – perfect after a hot day out in the city. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist or answer questions. Breakfast was good, with fresh fruit, juices, bread, and other simple but satisfying options. One of the highlights is the rooftop terrace – a lovely spot to sit and relax in the evening. The villa is within walking distance of the beach, where you’ll see many local fishing boats, which adds to the charm."
"The location is a bit secluded, so having a rental car is definitely a plus if you plan to explore more of Muscat. Otherwise, you’ll need to rely on taxis."
