"Have stayed on 2 occasions! Great single budget option in patan! Nice quiet courtyard right outside temple."

"The room was small yet clean and comfortable. The shower had hot water. The accommodations are safe. There was a stupa facing my room which I could see from a large wooden window. The area has lots of shops and restaurants from which to choose. The host was very responsive and extremely helpful with my baggage and other requests. For the price, this is a great deal."

"My stay at K2 Homes was amazing. The area where the hotel is quiet and beautiful and you get a good mix of insights of local life and the heritage placed of Kathmandu. Just while talking a walk in the area there is so much art and traditional as well as present culture to explore. The rooms are spacey with a great view, clean and a very helpful service from the owner. Would definitely come back!"

"Suits a long stay and as such we stayed much longer than our initial booking. Spacious layout with comforty double bed, work desk and cupboards corner, also kitchenette, and ensuite, plus a sofa and coffee table area. Lots of light from windows (with some sun around noon). Heater and electric blanket in winter. Great- pressure on hot shower. Close to center, but located in a quiet side lane. Helpful owner."

"המקום המושלם לשהיה בעיר הכי יפה בנפאל. אתחיל בזה שהמקום הזה הוא פנינה, במיקום בנוחות בשקט וביופי. המיקום שלו הוא המיקום הכי טוב בכל האיזור- קרוב למקדשים קרוב להכל ושקט ונעים כל כך, בלב העיר כך שתוכלו להרגיש את ההיסטוריה כבר בבוקר מהחלון הצופה במקדש מרשים ביופיו. הבעלים נחמד וחייכן וכל כך עוזר ואיכותי, דואג להכל ונותן תחושה של בית. המיטה הכי נוחה בעולם וכך גם השירותים והמקלחת עם המים החמים ולא פחות חשוב- דוש גדול ומפנק. מטבח קטן ובו כל מה שדרוש כולל מיני מקרר שהיו עייפים ושימושיים מאוד. ממליצה ביותר להגיע ולראות את הקסם של המקום הזה. מחכה לפעם הבאה שאבוא לבקר"
