"Fantastiske mennesker, som er virkelig søde og hjælpsomme. Selvom det er midt i en lidt kaotisk by, så ligger Hoststellet i et roligt område. Så man kunne høre fuglene synge om morgenen😊 Morgenmaden var virkelig lækker og man kan også melde sig på andre måltider, hvilket også var godt🤩"

"Started and ended our fantastic (but too short) two week holiday in Nepal. Couldn’t have been better. Relaxed, friendly, and flexible staff helped us unwind from the flight and mind blowing taxi ride from airport. Beautiful room with balcony and views. All spotless. Glad to return two weeks later - felt like home after hectic travelling, hiking and touring. Thanks to all. P&M"

"So hard to leave this place! Over the time I stayed (again and again) it really became my home in Patan/Kathmandu. The property itself is spotless, the comfiest beds I have stayed in in a looong time, the showers hot, a great bookshelf and even a kitchen on the rooftop. The included breakfast is delicious and changes every day. It’s also really easy to meet people here! But my absolutely favourite thing about Nextdoor Patan is the amazing staff! They are incredibly helpful and the loveliest people ever. Miss them all very much!"

"Cozy and clean hostel in a peaceful residential neighbourhood. The restaurant on the ground floor is awesome as well. Highly recommend for travellers passing through Kathmandu looking for a quieter, low-key place to meet chill people."

"I truly think Nextdoor is one of the best Hostel I have ever stayed at. It has the perfect mix of everything: Modern, clean, comfy, organized/professional, breakfast included, nice outdoor areas. Plus they do care about their guests: they propose all kind of activities/tours every day (easy to meet people) and the staff is the friendliest and enjoy having chats with the guests."

"Booked for one night and extended twice turned into a week! Friendly staffs and a thoughtful vision for connecting with local communities by bringing together travelers from around the world to experience Nepal through a local lens. The space fosters diversity, open conversations, and a true sense of connection through localized events and activities. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, varied, nourishing, and prepared with care. The walking tour took us beyond the usual attractions and into the heart of the valley. It’s so much more than just a place to sleep, thank you team!"

"Fantastic hostel! The best one I have stayed at during my 3-month trip. Staff are incredibly friendly and funny. I left some things in my room and they immediately contacted me about it. Conveniently located if you want to explore Patan, for example on one of their many free walking tours. The street is very quiet at night. The restaurant next door serves super tasty authentic dishes from different regions of Nepal and a different free breakfast each day."
