"Alt var rent og personalet meget venlige og hjælpsomme, værelset var lidt lille,men hotellet lå i gå afstand fra alt, morgenmaden rigtig god ,så god valuta for pengene"

"Pænt og rent. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. God beliggenhed og selvom det ligger midt i byen lige ved en af byens store knudepunkter, så var værelset roligt uden udendørs larm. På etagen stod der strygejern og strygebræt til fri afbenyttelse, hvilket var et ekstra plus så man ikke skal ned at spørge om lån. Mine aller bedste anbefalinger og jeg kommer helt sikkert tilbage"

"The breakfast. An a la carte menu where one would be able to choose a specific number of items would be preferable rather than preset combinations. Still, it was sufficient to get us going."

"Breakfast was nice, the ladies in the restaurant were lovely, professional and friendly. Vlatko the Hotel Manager was fantastic, very professional, friendly, accommodating and full of information about Bitola and nearby region, we really appreciated his kindness and friendly approach. The rooms were nice and clean. Housekeeping lady was also lovely and very accommodating."

"The smoking in the restaurant, there are two designated areas where guest can smoke, and one non-smoking area located between the two smoking areas hence not a pleasant experience when dining in the restaurant for non-smokers. Perhaps only one area/section of the restaurant should be allocated as smoking. But it's Bitola everyone seems to smoke and they smoke everywhere you go."

"great Al carte breakfast options. Comfortable beds. staff including the restaurant staff were lovely. As my booking was not consecutive as it was an extended holiday I moved around a lot, however for every stay I booked at GC I was able to checkin early. The cleaner was lovely and rooms always very clean. excellent location!"

"Staff, location and comfort. My room was clean and the cleaner was simply the best always asked if i needed anything. Great staff, restaurant was amazing! Coffee was to perfection, double every morning. Simply wonderful."

"Airconditioning was unusual setting. The room was quite warm during the day however was more pleasant in the evening. The power outlets were not working where the desk area was but that could have been due to power outage. Overall everything was fantastic!"
