That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

Det er et meget stort hotel, så meget upersonligt. Restauranten var malet sort og var ikke særlig inspirerende og virkede kold i stemningen.

Værelserne er store og flotte. Der er 24 timers lægehjælp som er meget kompetent, hvilket var rart da vi fik brug for det."

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

"During our stay, my wife fell ill. Diagnosed with severe malaria, she was transferred from the over-worked Moroni public hospital to a private clinic (at the hotel’s initiative). Over the next week, the Retaj’s staff treated us both as family and could not have been more helpful."

"Rent pænt og iorden, konduite, vi fik lov at have værelserne en halv dag længere, uden ekstra omk. Så det passede med vi kunne køre i lufthavnen."

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

Sofa bed very uncomfortable. You can feel the beds springs. Mattress too thin.

Vinduerne/terrassedøren (fransk altan) var ikke så lydtæt, men området er generelt ikke vildt støjfyldt, så det var okay for en weekendtur når det var centralt beliggende. Absolut ikke større udfordring end noget man kunne holde ud :) - Morgenmadsbuffeten er superfin! Godt udvalg og god plads i spiseområdet."

De tilbyder thai-massage. Det kunne være smart, hjvis man selv kunne booke via hjemmeside eller noget og ikke afvente, at receptionen skal ringe til dem m.m. At der var en online-portal. Ellers er alt fint! - Kommer gerne igen!

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and spacey. The bed is very comfortable and the internet is fast. The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. We would book this hotel immediately again."
