The staff helped us with everything and are definitely the greatest asset of this hotel, they truly went beyond what we expected. Excellent location right next to the old bazar. "I had a very pleasant stay at Bushi Hotel. The hotel is perfectly located, within easy walking distance of the city center. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, offering good rest and privacy. The spa area was clean and relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel feels well organized and safe. "Everything was perfect in the 5 star hotel. Close to everything and food is all halal. Bazaar is a literally next street to the hotel. Mustafa mosque is next door and 5 minute walk. All the staff were lovely, polite and professional especially Angeley in reception, she went over and beyond for me."

"*Spa was completely empty when we used it at 6pm on a Friday, the jacuzzi was very hot as was the sauna. I feel the opening hours of 12:00-23:00 are quite generous versus other spa hotels I've visited. *Our room was amazing, great facilities, balcony, bathtub central in the room and lots of space overlooking the city. *Did not hear any prayer call as per other reviewers, we might have been fortunate with the positioning of our room. *Staff were very accommodating and welcoming upon our arrival and throughout our stay. The receptionist who checked us in was exceptionally helpful, explaining the facilities and their opening hours, she also kindly upgraded our room. *Thank you Bushi Hotel for a lovely and memorable stay."
