"Thank you so much to our wonderful and caring hosts. We were warmly welcomed to the beautiful, cosy and comfortable Ostrog Retreat with beer and slivovitz in the fridge as well as coffee, tea and fruits. The Montenegrin breakfast was super delicious, plentiful and set us up for hiking to the Ostrog monastir. For dinner our hosts recommended the restaurant Konoba Ostroške grede, 1 km away, for home cooked food, which was another delicious highlight. They even made sure that we returned safely home in the dark leaving all the lights on and waiting for us. On several occasions they offered us very kindly to drive us e.g. to the restaurant. If you arrive by train like us, our host kindly offered to pick us up from the little train station or you can take the leisurely walk up the hill of 1500 m (ca 20 min on the winding road, first in the direction where the train is going) and you will be rewarded with a beautiful retreat and a heart warming welcome. "Parking je prostran, terasa je prelepa i priroda je predivna. Domaćini su veoma prijatni i brzo odgovaraju na zahteve i poruke. Imali smo dorucak iznenadjenja, domaće vruće mekike uz suvo meso, domaći sir i marmeladu koju mozete namazati na njih. Ostrog je takodje jako blizu (10min kolima), pa ako želite da ga posetite mozete to uraditi ranije ujutru kada ima jako malo ljudi. Sve u svemu super."

"Great location of the flat and a stunning view from the balcony. Everything we needed was there, the place was clean and the sofa was comfortably arranged to sleep on. The hosts were the nicest, we're very grateful for how welcome we felt. We recommend their traditional breakfast. We asked for it to be vegetarian, and it was delicious and very filling. I wish we could stay for another night!"

"We had the most amazing stay at this lovely place. The recent renovation gave it a fresh vibe while keeping the charm of the surroundings. The view from our window was unreal, especially at sunset! The terrace was the perfect spot to chill and soak in the beauty of nature. The place was cozy, clean, and welcoming. We really appreciated the bottle of red wine which was left for us as a welcoming gift. The hosts were an absolute gem - super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind.
