"felt a little impersonal / over commercialised No effort made whatsoever if you are celebrating a special occasion - not even permitted to reserve a nice table due to the first come first serve policy( unless you pay ludicrous amounts for private dining / jade mountain upgrade) which means having to cut the day short to get to dinner by 7pm or risk turning up with no decent tables ( or even any table available on creole night which is shocking as management should be able to work out how many guests are staying and therefore how many tables required !) Excursions more expensive than other resorts Not enough storage in room"

"Needed more room ventilation, one floor fan was frustrating, we had to move it all around the room. The ceiling fans were helpful, for the price of the location, they should upgrade the quality of their floor fans, there are so many better options."

"La organización en general de la excursiones deben mejorarlo. Nosotros hicimos varias reservas de excursiones sin recibir ningún comprobante ni ninguna nota con todo lo que habíamos acordado. Tuvimos un problema y nos quedamos sin excursión.. al no tener un recibo, todo se quedó en el aire, sin poder demostrar nada. Después también en el lugar de espera para que te recojan para las excursiones, no hay nadie para preguntar o alguien que controle los coches que suben y para qué cliente suben."

"Absolutely fantastic beaches and surroundings that make all sorts of water and land activities possible. We loved that the resort did not put any music on the beaches. Above all, the staff at the resort and scuba center were just amazing!!"

"If we have to find negatives, a road to get to the resort is in a terrible condition. We heard that this is a way to make the beaches inaccessible to non guests (apparently, all beaches in St Lucia are public) and to keep resort guests trapped within the resort. Also, mosquitoes are nuisance."

La plage est magnifique, la mer est un vrai aquarium avec de nombreuses variétés de poissons et des tortues. La formule all inclusive est indispensable car les prix sont très élevés sur place."
