"I stayed in a basic double room for 3 nights. I was amazed by the size of it. Very spacious, with large bed and closet. Bathroom big too, with enough amenities. TV with multiple online options. Breakfast was served from 8-10:30, but the night before you had to announce what time exactly you would want to have it served for you. You have six options on the menu. I chose English breakfast (2 eggs and 3 saussages with vegetables) and did not regret - it was delicious. Also, you get the tea. The staff was friendly and doing their best to make my stay comfortable. Location is another advantage - peaceful neighborhood, just 15 minutes of walk from Ala Too square."

"Very responsive staff - were always in contact, even with requests for early breakfast. Breakfast is not extensive, but it’s enough for fat starting and tasty. Comfortable room with all you need for living. Good location - not far from the center area."

"The room was clean and comfortable, with fantastic pillows and blankets, I slept wonderfully. The staff responded quickly to all requests and questions, which I really appreciated. The breakfast system is convenient, and the breakfasts themselves are delicious. The location is also very good, the city center is within walking distance."

"The hotel is very close to the main square In a short walking distance you'll find shops and restaurants etc. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The young lass behind the reception counter Aya was very pleasant and extremely helpful to us . She even helped us booked our return journey. Breakfast was very nice and included in the room tariff. The hotel was clean and beds comfortable."
"If i have to mention something in this section Id say the carpets in the room could do with a clean although disposable bedroom slippers are provided so this wasn't a problem for us."
