"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept really well. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. "Det er et helt specielt hotel, hvor du bor i en meget lille by, hvor man kan få en snak med naboen, og i det hele taget føle sig som en del af byen. Hotellet ligger på en bakke, hvor man får solen ind, og poolen ligger - ligesom værelserne med rigtig god udsigt. Værten var på alle måder hjælpsom - også med startkabler, når den lejede bil ikke ville starte. Både morgen og aftensmad var fint og rigeligt. Hvis man ønsker et intetsigende storhotel ned buffet i lange baner, skal man booke et andet sted. Dette hotel er unikt og landligt på sin helt egen måde."

Man bliver nødt til at have bil for at kunne komme rundt at se det flotte område, man bor i.

"The rooms were large and clean, the location was very convenient. There was a gas station nearby, so you could buy things at any time. The restaurant downstairs had very tasty meals. Don't forget to try the pizzas! The staff was helpful and friendly. Even though it was close to the highway, you couldn't hear any car noises."

There was some water on the bathroom floor, which I guess was caused by a leaking pipe. It did affect the overall experience a bit.

El desayuno es muy tarde. Entiendo que debería ser más temprano. Ya que a las 9 es muy tarde y no hay nada cerca para desayunar.

"Værelset hyggeligt indrettet. Dejligt med håndvask og spejl da der var fælles badeværelser. Badeværelserne virkelig lækre. Rigtig god restaurant på stedet. God morgenmad. Personalet meget imødekommende."

Morgenmadslokalet lidt koldt da der var adgang direkte ud.

"Interessant hotel og en god oplevelse. Ligger central og tæt på attraktioner. Hjælpsom personale og en god stemning. Maden på hotellet var god og billig. Fælles toiletterne var rene. Hvis msn er meget høj skal man bære opmærksom på, at døråbningerne på nogle af værelserne er meget små."

I december måned er der ret koldt på værelset. Der kan fås ekstra tæpper. Vi havde sovepose med som vi anvendte og kunne derfor uden problemer holde varmen. Toiletbåsene er meget små.

"Beliggenhed, venligt personale, solid morgenmad, lækre hjemmelavede lokale retter, adgang til utallige skovstier, tæt på tv-tårnet, hvorfra man har en vidunderlig udsigt fra 28. etage (1182 m), og kabelbanen, hvormed man på 23 minutter tager ned til Zagrebs forstæder, og med bus når man Zagrebs centrum på 12 minutter."

Værelserne har ikke aircondition, men ligger i skovmiljøet, så det er næsten ikke nødvendigt. I nærheden er der en offentlig parkeringsplads, som Zagrebs Fast and Furious-fans bruger til at finpudse deres færdigheder og lave kortvarig tordnende larm.

"Very well located, close to the beach. Nice breakfast. Employees were very kind and supportive."

"The people from the front desk are amazing, really helpful. They gave us towels for the beach, and beach chairs. They made our stay way better, including after checkout. The hotel has an almost private beach where they also gave us a beach umbrella, it was a paradise, all for us (we even saw manta rays). The location is perfect. Not far from the ferry, not far to nice beaches, not far from places to eat. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, they gave us complimentary waters and coffee in the room. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. At night it solved us having there something to eat having been all day out."

Everything in Turks and Caicos is expensive, and in North/Middle Caicos even more (that’s not the hotel). The restaurant of the hotel was good but expensive. It is a good alternative, even more if you don’t want to grab the car again, but I would check the prices before seating to see if they are ok for you.

Personalet er meget langsomt og service er noget omstændigt. Man skal selv anmode om frisk kaffe, mere mælk eller opfyldning af manglende mad. Man får god valuta for pengene men skal være klar over, at det er en "hotelskole" med meget unge mennesker som hele tiden skal have bekræftet, hvad de må eller ikke må. Fine faciliteter men ikke let at bruge dem.

La chambre était trop petite pour un couple.

"Location was spot on, right in the city centre and close to the bus station. The beach is 5 minutes away. Lovely lady at the front desk. She upgraded me to a sea view room, without me even asking."

The hotel is a bit dated, but you've got what you pay for.

"The location is great -- just 5 minutes to the beach and close to the main cafés and restaurants. The apartment is a good size and has a blackout system, so you don’t get sunlight coming in. The hotel also has two of the best restaurants in town -- Bottega and Plaza -- and they are fantastic."

I was not provided with a tea kettle or a hair dryer, as listed in the room description. Also, you can hear people walking to their rooms and staff talking while cleaning.

"Great small hotel and pub. Good breakfast with pancaces and best scrambled eggs I ever had in any hotel in Europe. They could sell it as separated dish and I would buy it every morning. Lot of TV channels for every taste."

Small pillows. I totally need bigger one.
