"We booked this hotel last minute, didn’t have time to choose much, but this hotel has definitely exceeded all our expectations. Great location, beachfront, private beach is included in the rate and one can choose any sunbed also front row if an early bird. Upon arrival we were greeted by the reception staff, best I ever saw. Friendly, check in went smooth and fast, all our requests met, they so wanted to help us with the parking, which is also included, but is very packed snd at first looked like a complete chaos, but hotel staff do it for you. They even have put our electric car to charge before our leave, found the wire themselves, no extra fees. Still amazed how awesome it is all working here. Reception staff also helped us with the late check out. Nice breakfast on the terrace, with barista made coffee, prosecco. Well designed and maintained pool area. Excellent place for relaxing holiday."

"Our triple room was really tiny, with one extra bed it was almost empty to move around. Next time we will come for longer and book a bigger room. Beds were not that comfy. I would not mind a bigger selection of local food for breakfast."

"Hotel is in a great location, and the staff is really kind and helpful. There are lots of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach so you don't have to fight for it. It's actually a perfect idea to ask 15€/day for two sunbeds beside the heated pool (was 30C in mid June), because this way you don't need to rush with your reservation towel at 6am. (beds at the sea are free) The breakfast area is very nice and cosy, at an open air terrace, really lovely. We also appreciated a lot the offering of free bike rental which made the discovery of walking/shopping promenade really fun and easy. The car park is large enough and even though the staff has to play tetris with the cars, at least you can be sure you don't need to park on the street."

"We had the "elegance" room, which looked at the sea but was on the corner of the building and therefore with a strange arrangement of bed and furnitures and really tiny, but all in all it fitted our need. What I was extremely missing is a kettle and the chance to drink a coffee or tee in the room. I don't remember too many (maybe zero) 4*+ hotel where they couldn't afford a kettle in the room. Come on! It cost you 10€ in a tech shop, go and buy it. And I would also install a mosquito net on the terrace door. These are little things but makes a 4* hotel a 4* hotel, and your stay comfortable. Each morning they start to prepare the breakfast place at 6am, which also includes a routine to airblow the leaves and dust with a battery operated airblow machine, right under the windows of the guests. So there was a wake-up call each and every day. A sweeper may be old-school but at least silent... Breakfast was really nice but in terms of variety of the offering it couldn't cope with other 4* hotels I have been before."

"Service außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und auch vorausschauend arbeitend. Die Beschäftigten an der Rezeption sprachen sehr gut Deutsch und waren ebenfalls freundlich. Schöner, relativ großer Pool im Hotelgarten, Strandliegen und -schirme am Meer sind im Preis inbegriffen. Abendessen-Buffett bot eine sehr vielseitige Auswahl, Frühstücks-Buffett war ebenfalls gut. Abendliche Musikveranstaltungen sind gut gewesen und lieferten eine breite Bandbreite von Hits."
