"The staff were really respectful and helpful, regardless of what we needed they helped us out. They spoke a variety of languages which was helpful for my parents that speak only Romanian. The place was clean and the breakfast had a good variety of food, fruits, vegetables and beverages. Dogs were allowed everywhere on the property , obviously they can’t use the pool, but they can sit outside on the tanning bed with you or while eating on the terrace. Also a dog beach is available in a 10 min. walk. The access to the beach is right from the hotel pool, literally not even a minute away."

"While booking we were looking for a hotel with a roof pool or jacuzzi, because of my mother’s leg pain and she also can’t swim in the sea. There was no mention that the roof pool that was visible on the pictures was available only to a specific delux suit. The elevator takes a loooot of time to come if more people try to use it.Also the parking lot in front of the hotel is very small so we were sent to another location, which was kind of far away for my dad that had knee surgery. Other than that, everything was great."

"The hotel is located in a quiet area, isolated from the noise from the main promenade. This hotel does not deserve such negative comments previously. Everything is very clean and tidy, the rooms are cleaned every day and clean towels and bed linen are always at your disposal. The staff consists of really young people and they do their job well, they are always at your disposal (of course everyone needs experience). The food is excellent, breakfast is varied, lunch and dinner are also available to choose from. The area around the pool is clean and tidy, and there is also a bar for refreshments throughout the day. All in all, you will not go wrong if you choose this hotel."

"*In den Zimmern fehlt es an funktionalem Stauraum. Die Möbel sind zwar schön, aber ein paar Fächer und Haken im Bad, sowie Schubladen in Nacht -& Schreibtisch wären wirklich hilfreich. So gibt es nur den großen offenen Schrank und offene Ablagen auf den Tischflächen, nichts zum Sachen aus dem Blick verräumen *Die Verkleidung der Feuertreppe ist so ungünstig konstruiert, dass der Stahl bei etwas stärkerem Wind heftig vibriert und unangenehm laut ist *An vielen kleinen Ecken sind Reparaturen nötig, wie z.B. zerbrochene Bodenfliesen im Sitzbereich des Bistros, lose Dielen rund um den Pool, nicht funktionierende Steckdosen *Am Strand wurden schon Schirme und Liegen abgebaut und dafür Urlauber in die hinteren Reihen vertrieben, statt welche ganz vorne stehen zu lassen. Richtig ärgerlich *Die Sitzbänke im Abendessenssaal sind schmal, hart und unbequem. Fragt nach einem Tisch mit Stühlen *Trotz gleicher Zimmerkategorie gab es auf dem Balkon nebenan Liegen und bei uns harte Plastikstühle"
