A 10-minute walk from Como Station, the property also provides a shuttle service to and from Milan airports or other destinations. Avenue Boutique Gæstehus has parking spaces, upon reservation, and offers fantastic boat tours for its guests. We regret to inform you that we do not allow animals in our rooms. We activate the entrance pass to access the ZTL area with your vehicle. - The parking lot is 600 meters from the herberg. - It is covered and guarded. - The rate is €30 per day per vehicle. - We only accept credit cards as a guarantee (no debit cards). "Beliggenhed perfekt for at se Como. Men vanskelig at finde. Hotellet ligger i gågaden, og parkering 500 meter fra hotellet. Men personalet er enestående til at hjælpe på enhver måde. Morgenmad og betjening er enestående. Værelset er lille, men alt er der og ventilation virker."

"The hotel is exactly where you want to be!! The rooms and common areas are very clean. Bed and pillows super comfortable and fluffy. Breakfast was the best we had in Como. And for us the best part was Debora that made our stay magical by helping us in every issue we had, not having a no for an answer. Very professional, very polite and a reason to go back for sure!"

"The Avenue is a lovely hotel in a perfect location for getting around Como. The staff are super helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is great and it’s nice the bistro is also used by other passers by as it gives it a less formal atmosphere than in some hotels. I really liked staying here and would do so again if visiting Como."

"Lovely small hotel, in a great location..... perfect for our long weekend.The rooms were serviced every day and kept spotlessly clean.They offer private taxi transfers and private lake boat exploration trips, which were very informative. Above all, the staff were amazing. From reception to restaurant and all aspects of the hotel. It was a pleasure to watch them working as a team. A very efficient team, thank you to you all"

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
