"We booked a Double Room with lake view and balcony. The extra charge was well worth it. Even the bathroom had a lake view! A small standard hotel right on the lake. It was super clean and recently updated. It was value for money. The breakfast was superb. Not buffet style continental but more than enough food and you can ask for more if you wish."

"We stayed at this hotel and were generally very happy with our choice. The location is great, the apartment is clean, well maintained, and the area itself is lovely — exactly as shown in the photos. Everything felt cozy and comfortable."

"However, one incident unfortunately spoiled our impression. On October 23, we left in the morning and came back around 3 PM, completely soaked from heavy rain — me and my three children. We were just dreaming of taking a quick hot shower and warming up. When we entered the room, cleaning was in progress, even though we hadn’t requested it. I heard the sound of a hairdryer, walked into the bathroom, and found the housekeeper drying her hair after taking a shower in our bathroom. I’m generally a very understanding person, but I was honestly upset to tears. I had recently been sick and needed to take a warm shower immediately, but couldn’t. I also care a lot about cleanliness, and the idea that a stranger was showering where my children bathe felt unacceptable. Although she apologized, it was still an extremely inappropriate situation — there were hairs left in the shower, and we had to wait about 20 minutes until she finished drying her hair and left. We were wet and cold, the kids needed the bathroom, and we couldn’t even use the hairdryer. It’s a real shame, because otherwise the hotel is wonderful — but this incident left a very unpleasant impression."

"Location was perfect, staff super nice a girl called Kiara was super nice and helpful, literally everyone was nice the waiters etc so sweet and honestly super helpful. The apartment was very secluded but nice. We only stayed one night but the shower was ok, bidet could use a little fixing to the floor but everything was clean and bed was comfy. The staff really looks after the guests and the place. You also get a discount at a restaurant int a cute lake view it’s super sweet"

"No lift, but didn't matter as staff take your bags up for you, and don't expect a tip either. Really can't fault and would stay again, that's the best review one can give really."
