"The staff were excellent ..... they took a personal interest (Gabriella and Stephania), tried their best yo give excellent suggestions (Katya) and had a "no problems" approach to helping sort out issues (Juan Carlos)"

"Not many staff spoke English..... but still went out of their way to help The room was not well prepared on arrival but the room staff realised this and sorted out everything without us even raising an issue!"

"Place is a fun place both hotel and city. Lots of staff about as it's big. It doesnt have private access to the beach but it's sister hotel does. Anyway, beach is only 3m wide at high tide! Breakfast was good value and it was great to see families enjoying the pool. Parking was excellent."

"Could have done with a chair in the room. Mazatlan was 70% humid when we were there. Aircon was freezing cold and not able to regulate it. But without it the room was moist, damp even and a bit smelly due to the outside humidity. BUT we enjoyed our stay"

"The breakfast buffet is very good and the serving staff very friendly and helpful."

"Non potable water at hotel so had to rely on bottled water to drink, make coffee.....hotel provided one bottle per room per day. Hot water heaters were being switched out for new ones so we did have to go without hot water a few hours over two days."

"The location was fine, next to the sea and they had pool. The restaurant have good staff."

"The room was with old and cranky, broken closet, the bathroom wasn't clean like a hotel need to clean, the reception was rude before we left because we had only one key, the other that missing we payed 100 pesos."
