Positivt punkt :
"The staff was friendly, welcoming and kind. The room was clean; the bed was very comfortable and bed sheets and comforter were crisp and clean. The towel set up was perfect the first day, but then towels were not replaced as they were removed from the room each day, until only one towel remained. The breakfast was very good some mornings, with fresh eggs and warm rolls, and mediocre other days, with not-hot, not-soft eggs and hard, not yummy rolls. There was not fruit offered (I was there 8 days), only juice. The hotel location was good and in walking distance to parks, restaurants and activities."
Negativt punkt :
"There was no TV in my room. And, the sound from anyone talking in the courtyard, which my only window opened to, was heard in the room, at any time of the night or day. So, anyone coming into the hotel after I was in bed, was clearly heard talking or walking up the stairs and to their room. Also, I did not like that only on the first day in the room did I have hand towels or facecloths. These were removed after my first night and were not replaced again during my eight night stay. I also did not like that the amount I owed on check out was $180 more than I was led to believe it would be by the booking.com site."
