"Det er en meget flot hotel med nogle flotte poolområder og meget flot udsigt til stranden. Der er masser af liggestole ved poolen ved stranden. God varieret mad i restauranten og sødt personale. Værelserne er store og flotte. Der er 24 timers lægehjælp som er meget kompetent, hvilket var rart da vi fik brug for det."

Not enough equipment to use kitchen. Had to ask for glasses. lower floor quite noisy from the bar downstairs. Also had to ask for a quilt as there was only a sheet on the bed and we were cold.

Vi vil anbefale at de opdaterer billederne på hjemmesiden/Booking.com, da det er meget flottere i virkeligheden. Endvidere er der en pool, hvilket ikke fremgår af billederne

Elendig belysning på badeværelse. Man måtte ikke side udenfor og spise i restauranten, selvom der var borde og stole, øv når der er sådan en skøn udsigt.

Once there was a shot power cut but it lasted only 10 mins.

"It's on the beach, right as you want it to be at a place like Turks. The atmosphere is, in general, very cozy, and the overall premises work well. It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. They are, though, a bit old, but they still provide a good stay, and everything worked as expected."

The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

Everything thing we find good.

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

Main dining area felt rather utiltarian. Food was fine , service friendly. The bingo/ karaoke evening was good fun

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

Lidt slidt. Svært at få nøglekortet til at virke, og trykknappen til toiletter var ved at falde ud af væggen. Men ikke noget der er værd ikke at booke for. Der måtte gerne etableres skygge til solsengen ved poolen. Det ville være et stort plus.

The room size

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

"Spot on centralt i byen i det pæne kvarter med mange seværdigheder indenfor 10 min gang."

Der var intet vindue i vores værelse, på trods af vi bookede en deluxe værelse. Hvad skal der så til, for at få et vindue? Poolen lå i skygge.. vi ville gerne gave nydt sol og pool, så vi kunne ligeså godt have valgt hotel uden pool.

"Super beliggenhed oven på Bencoolen MRT Station. Så nem adgang til byen. Flot udsigt over skyline fra 8 etage. Rummeligt værelse som havde det der skulle være."

Det er et meget stort hotel, så meget upersonligt. Restauranten var malet sort og var ikke særlig inspirerende og virkede kold i stemningen.
