Rooms very very basic and had a mould issue. But other than that was okay. We didn’t have bed bugs in our room, but we met other backpackers in the dorm beds that said they did have them…

"Just a regular hostel with rooms. The walls are thin so you can easily hear some noise from other guests. If you need the place just to stay somewhere and rest - it’s OK, but don’t expect anything special from it."

Meget lidt plads i køkkenet når der kommer grupper á 15 der skal spise på samme tid - der er borde til 16 og vinduespladser til ca 8 Max Meget varmt i køkkenet Ingen varm vand til opvask de første 2 dage Personalet kunne godt være mere smilende og eksempelvis sige godmorgen, hej eller andet når man mødte dem Værelses uden bad på værelset - beskidte/våde toiletter, da der var bad og toilet i samme rum Der lå beskidte håndklæder på de fælles bad/toilet

My room was very cold. Even though the landlady turned on the heater earlier than she said she would, it still didn't help much.

"Vi havde et eksklusivt værelse med dobbelt seng. Det var fint stor med pænt badeværelse og aircondition. Hostet ligger godt og i et stille område. Vi bestilte morgen mad og den var super fin. Gode værter der var der til at hjælpe."

"We stayed in the private apartment a few blocks from La Comarca Hostel. It has everything you need - comfy double bed, an en suite with large shower, and a well equipped little kitchen with a stove, toaster, kettle. The whole vibe was very stylish, modern and clean. All the staff were lovely!! I said it was my partners birthday before arrival and they had put up balloons and little treats for us! Although we didn’t stay in the main hostel, it had a warm vibe when we dropped by and we were allowed to leave our bikes down the side of the hostel for a few nights while hiking. Overall, highly recommend!"

"Wonderful staff; onsite restaurant including with a wide choice on menu, reasonably priced if using the unofficial exchange rate. My room was situated by the lake edge and was such a wonderful experience listening just to the waves crushing in the night and awaking to a wonderful sunrise. Truly bliss. Thought powered by solar, my shower was reasonably hot and lighting though dim was constant. I still recommend taking a torch for the sometimes power cuts. Be sure to arrange a boat trip….. you won’t regret it. Eagle bird, cliff jumping and snorkelling. One might even be able to visit the Rastafarian community near by."

Wifi was only available in reception area and to reach room I had to negotiate a steep set of stairs where railings were sometimes missing. Could be potentially dangerous and not recommended if one suffers from knee problems. Whilst orders were excellent the service could be vastly improved. Orders took for ever to arrive and were often cold. Management, if reading, please sort this out!
