Ferieparker i Uganda

"De gastvrouw was echt heel fijn. Super ontvangst. Het huisje was helemaal top. Het was een nieuw huisje dus het was helemaal top. Het is nog een domein in opbouw dus wij waren helemaal alleen. Super fijn. Het uitzicht was heel mooi."

Er lag veel rommel in de bungalow die niet noodzakelijk was. Die spullen zorgde voor een rommelige indruk. Ook het eten van de vorige bewoners hoeven niet. Een basis van peper, zout en olie zijn prima. Maar zakken chips, halve flessen wijn,...maken het wat vies. Maar helemaal een prima verblijf.

"It was a pleasant stay. We all enjoyed alot. Yasir the manager was very helpful and accommodating of our requests. Watchman was also very polite and helpful. Shops nearby. Beach was superb! Private Pool was clean and enjoyable for kids and adults alike. Overall we had a great time."

The road

"The view from the pool is absolutely stunning! It's in a great location - about 10 minutes walk from the port and the centre of town where you can find the tuk tuks. The staff were very welcoming throughout our stay and breakfast was really good! The staff were also very helpful - when they couldn't serve an early breakfast, they told us where we could go instead. They were also able to provide information for our next destination. AMEX is accepted. We'll be returning!"

Some things weren't communicated well in the beginning - like having to order breakfast the day before. They were not able to serve an early breakfast to fit with our activities for the day. The wifi doesn't work from the bedroom.

"The place was amazing. It was my first time booking a place like this and I didn't expect much. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were great. I rented bedsheets and they were also clean. Wifi worked properly in all the rooms and TV had lots of channels. there was kitchen stuff that I could use and everything worked perfectly"

"A very silient and calm place. Claudio provides relyable and very helpful tips and helps in organizing trips that are not overrated. The staff ( Lizi) is very friendly and prepares perfect menues (breakfast and dinner)"

No ventilation in the accomodation.

"Location (sloths/dolphins everywhere), lovely community feel with meals together, rustic element to it, amazing food, reasonably priced beers!"

Owners not there so being run by backpackers/chef - meant little things were missed. Boat to get there is very overpriced.

"Fantastic location right in the middle of two beautiful towns. Great for a family get away as my 2 year old son loved the pool and private beach"

Rooms were basic and cleanliness wasn’t 100% but location and facilities more than made up for it

Lo unico es un poco dificil el acceso con el auto si te tocan los glamping de mas arriba, sugeriria marcar mejor los caminos y cortar un poco las plantas de los costados, igual se entiende que este así para darle un aspecto mas natural, pero se complica a la hora de manejar.

"We chose buellsPort as the first stop on our Namibia round trip and really enjoyed it. We didn’t expect too much but really loved the food. Both nights we got served a multi-course home cooked meal utilising game meat and local vegetables. The private hiking paths are really well maintained and set in a beautiful landscape. We also enjoyed the drive towards sossusvlei from buellsport which is in much better condition than the standard tourist route."

"Coversada offers the peace and quiet we've learned to expect during our previous stays. I see the complex is continuously changing, conducting regular repairs, developing new areas. The camping part has received some new washing rooms, new and well appointed grill corners, and new pitches. The management is taking steps to solve the problem with patchy WiFi coverage, which is nice."

I was sad to see that pizzeria "Balun" is closed. It's also frustrating that a substantial part of the camping area is turned into a "textile" area. A big, ugly separating wall has been put up, described in Google Maps as a tourist attraction. I hope this is a joke. The textile part is two-thirds empty, while the part left for naturists is crammed. I really don't see the logic of this, after all, Coversada was conceived as a naturist resort and famous for it. And now the naturist part is beginning to feel like an internment camp.

"Beautiful, quiet location. A pleasant walk from town. The staff were great. Evening meals available, and the included breakfast is very good."

Mattress was not the most comfortable and needed extra padding.

"The hotel is perfectly placed in a wonderful landscape, the staff is very helpful especially the receptionist, anfrila! My motorbike was always protected during the night from a security guy on a private parking!"
