"Amazing views from the terrace of all 3 volcanoes. Great kitchen. Drinking on every floor. Clean, fresh rooms. Hot water. Big beds, everything you need. Location is great, walking distance to everything."

"Quiet at night but loud in the morning - the door bell rings through the whole hotel so people arriving at 6am you are woken up. A bit of traffic noise but not too bad!"

"Location was great! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop deck was an amazing place to unwind with views of the city and surrounding mountains. The shared fridge and kitchen area was clean and had anything we needed. Drinking Water was always available. Warm showers with good water pressure."

"Our room was directly across from the reception desk by the front door. This made for a fair amount of noise as guest were coming and going. We understand that this is just the situation of our room. The other concern is that the front door does not lock automatically. While often someone was at recption, not 24 hours per day. Guests have to manually lock the door and on several occasions, guests did not lock it. Where our room was located we could hear whether it was locked or not."

"For the price it was amazing. Close to all the must see places in the city. Plenty of room, hot water in the shower, great WIFI (after we checked with the staff, why it wasn't working too great in our room - very quickly solved), sweet and helpful staff. A needed ventilator, since it got pretty warm during the day. We asked if it was possible to get some laundry done and ready the same day. A sweet lady reassured this and after a few hours she came with this to our room. Nice and spacious kitchen with all necessary amenities! We wished we stayed there more nights."
