"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean, which made the whole experience very comfortable. The location is beautiful and convenient, offering a great atmosphere and easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, so there was something for everyone. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again."

"One of the double rooms we booked was requested with separate beds. Unfortunately, when we arrived late at night, we were informed that the room had a double bed, and no changes could be made or alternatives offered. After the first night, we returned in the evening to find that the beds had been separated—but in a different room, not the one that actually needed it. I would recommend double-checking your booking details multiple times in advance to avoid this kind of inconvenience."

"The reception is NOT 24/7. Even after ringing the bell nobody came to collect my keycard. The room itself (especially the bathroom) was dirty (not just dusty, actually dirty). The location offers nice evening views to the city, but you need to take 2 buses or a relatively long taxi ride to get to the center. Also, the AC was blowing only hot air and you couldn't set it to anything else. I tried calling the reception about it but nobody was answering the phone or calling me back."
