"Location, responsiveness from the owner's daughter and the facilities."
"Entrance door do not give any soundproof almost at all which can make sleep a bit disruptive. Smell from the bathroom sewage (standard in those countries) and a bit cold (betteries were not working but you can use A/C heat mode)."

"Наипрекраснейшие арендаторы, очень быстро ответили, когда я забронировал, я стоял уже в аэропорту, а предыдущие арендаторы не выходили на связь. По приезду меня встретила тетя Белла, она же меня расселила и рассказала где и что я могу посмотреть в Тбилиси, где покушать, где получить сим карту и прочее. Номер очень уютный, можно заехать как с семьей, так и одному. Если планируете поездку в Тбилиси, бронируйте у тети Беллы не задумываясь!)"

"Предыдущие жильцы, видимо, не сразу мыли после себя сковородки и кастрюли, из-за чего они уже не в лучшем виде.. Также было бы неплохо поменять освещение - местами свет очень холодный, а где-то, наоборот, теплый (не хватало маленьких светильников, с которыми было бы уютнее) В остальном всё понравилось)"

"Virker nyt og moderne selvom vi er i en landsby i bjergene. Dejligt med varmt bad og balkon til at slappe af efter ankomst men også i stille morgen. Virkelig stor og lækker aftensmad. Fantastisk. Og det samme gælder morgenmad og frokostpakke. Overstiger klart forventningerne."

"The hotel is not in the center of the town, but that was exactly what we wanted. It has a big territory and we enjoyed walking around it. It also has kids and sports playgrounds. The area is very quiet. Spa is included. It has sauna and swimming pool. The restaurant was very nice, we enjoyed both breakfast and lunch there."
