"Прекрасные апартаменты! Расположение просто идеально. Ну тут адрес говорит сам за себя - это же самый центр! Квартира идеально чистая, с заботой обставлена, оснащена максимумом необходимого - бытовая техника, посуда и т.д.. Совсем рядом есть продуктовый магазинчик. Прямо в доме - маленькая лавочка мороженого и кофе (только, ребята, смените кофемашину на кофеварку;)). Метро - рядышком. Метрах в 500 - торговый центр. Да что говорить - это центр и тут все рядом! И магазины, и рестораны, и аптеки! Мы арендовали эту квартиру для пожилой мамы, и я очень рада, что выбрала её, а не отель. Мама осталась очень довольна. Самое главное - ей было максимально комфортно в этой квартире. Огромная благодарность хозяину! Я смело порекомендую этот вариант всем своим друзьям! დიდი მადლობა!"
