"הדירה מאובזרת יפה, ובגודל טוב. יש מכונת כביסה, שולחן אוכל, ספות, ארונות מטבח, והחדרים נחמדים, גם אם לא גדולים. המיקום, ממש ליד פארק המינרלים של בורג'ומי, ממש הבניין הסמוך. זה מאד נוח למטייל בפארק. אפשר להיכנס לפארק שוב בבוקר מוקדם ולהנות ממנו."
"יש דברים קטנים שאפשר לשפר. הדלת הפונה למרפסת (ולמעשה למעיין, שמרעיש בלילה) לא נסגרה באופן הרמטי, והשענו כסא. כך גם על אחד מארונות המגירה בסלון היה חסר כפתור בצד אחד. לא קריטי, אך משפיע על הניראות."
"Уютная квартира, дом прямо у ворот парка. Есть все необходимое. Хозяин Гиорги привез на своей машине с автовокзала и в конце отдыха отвёз тоже. Был на связи, решал любые вопросы. Рекомендую."

"Самый центр центров, расположение лучше не найти. Последний дом перед вход в парк! Соотношение цена- качество идеально. Квартира не новая, дом старенький, мебель не новая, но все чистенько и уютненько. Хозяин доброжелательный и отзывчивый."
