The staff in general were fantastic, from the moment we checked in to the time we left for our transfer to the airport."

The staff were exceptional, especially Mahmodul in reception and Lewis at the bar. Even though the hotel is very close to Hyde Park Corner, it is extremely quiet and a great base for exploring London."
