"Jeg har boet her før. Jeg bliver altid mødt af et personale der går op i service samt man fornemmer at de ansatte har det godt med arbejdet. Finder man ødelagte faciliteter, bliver de lavet med det samme. Der er ro trods pub nedenunder og trafik. Værelserne og fælles arealer rengøres hver dag og toilet/bad rengøres i klor. Man får som gæst, procent på maden fra pub’en og jeg ser med glæde frem til deres burger."

"Key system is amazing, it’s just on your mobile phone! Free drinkable water! Curtains on bed plus little private light and socket! Mirror in room, good internet! Very clean. Comfy bed and pillow! Kettle and microwave and fridge in corridor."

"Showers and toilets have not enough privacy, it’s just cabins. No lounge room where it’s possible to work on laptop. Next to kettle is only two seats, always busy. Basically u can chill only on bed."

"I love this little hostel ❤️. It is very, very clean and well managed and it's the second time I've stayed here - the first time was for 10 weeks! It's one of my three favourite hostels in London and I've stayed at loads so I know what is very good and what is really awful. As a woman sharing a dorm with men, I felt very safe - men are very respectful to women here. The beds have a curtain for privacy which is a great feature."
