Tenorio Lodge ligger mellem vulkanerne Tenorio og Miravalles i Bijagua. Nationalparken Volcán Tenorio og Celeste-floden ligger blot 12 km fra feriestedet, hvor der gives gratis sikker garage. Der findes desuden 2 balneo-områdebade. Der er visuel flugt over vulkanen Tenorio fra de rummelige feriehytter, der har ventilator, queensize- og kingsize-seng, mellemlandingsområde samt badeværelse med varmt vand. Hver morgen serveres kontinental morgenmad, mens internationale kan fornøje sig meds på feriestedets spiseområde. Drinks kan smage pås i baupåklagelig og på terrassen. Feriestedet ligger 3 km fra Bijagua-dalen, hvor gæsterne kan tage på cykel- eller rideture blandt de hjemmehøfejlfride fugle- og træarter. Efter en oplevelsesrig tur indbyder feriestedets 2 hammam og saunabade i cedertræ til afslapning. Gæsterne kan desuden tage på ture til nationalparkerne Caño Negro og Palo Verde, der ligger 1,5 times kørsel derfra. Rincon de la Vieja ligger ligeledes 1,5 times kørsel derfra. Liberia Lufthavn ligger blot 1 times kørsel fra feriestedet.

"The breakfast was excellent, with a plate of a variety of fresh fruit every morning."

"To keep you slim, the dining room is wooden like In closed that has deck/balcony that make it easy too see wildlife. Toucans, sloths near by."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The grounds are beautiful and the cottages are gorgeous. We saw a tapir and her baby whilst we ate our dinner as they visit the garden most nights."

"Christine managed to create a peaceful, natural place for guests and (!) the animals that live in the area. She planted special trees for sloths, monkeys and birds. And they all came. We even saw a tapier mum with her baby coming to the restaurant area at night. We were able watch them quietly from the terrace. It was such an amzing moment. Thank you for everything, Christine!!!"

"An amazing place with stunning views and abundant wildlife. Lots of birds and we were lucky enough to see a whole troop of white-faced monkeys. Also awoke to the sound of Howler monkeys. Breakfast was very nice too."

"The bungalows were very nice, silent and with a nice view into the nature. The host (Christine) was very nice and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were very tasty. The surrounding with the Tuccas and all the other birds was extraordinary. The nearby Blue River Distillery also is worth a visit, after coming back from the nearby National Park."

"Nice lodge surrounded by a beautiful well maintained garden. In front of the restaurant is a viewing platform from where you can observe the birds visiting the feeding station. We also really enjoyed dinner, well prepared food served by friendy staff."

"We like everything... we started with 2 nights and ended up staying 8 nights! The garden, the lodges, the food, the staff and Christine are wonderful, thank you for this stay... we will definitely recommend it!"
