Landsteder i Belize

"Todo! Entorno natural, spa, gimnasio muy completo y realmente destacable, habitaciones, comida fresca y bien hecha, habitaciones y demás instalaciones, espacios comunes, actividades, todo!!!!! Es un lugar al que puedes volver tantas veces quieras y nunca te aburres!"

Lo único a destacar sería que agreguen huevos y opciones más proteicas al desayuno y que mejoren las bicicletas porque los caminos no son sencillos para pasear en ellas, les falta mantenimiento a esas bicicletas también.

"This is not a standard hotel or gite or whatever, this is a special place. Expect no luxury here, this is not what Karims guesthouse is about. It is about being in a small village and in nature. Basically, this is as close to a home stay as you can book on Booking. You can choose a room or the stilted house (recommended) in a garden full of interesting plants. Your water comes from a well or the river, your coffee directly from the bushes around you, and the food from...actually I don't know where, but it is amazing. One of the Kpime waterfalls is just a short, but nice walk away, and you can roam the village or take a long walk to Yikpa waterfall (~4 h one way). And when you come back, you lay in a hammock with a fresh and local cocoa or sit in the garden. And the best, you don't need to be in Kpalime, with all the chaos, noise, and smells. Although it is something different, I really enjoyed my stay. Karim is a fantastic host and La montagne verde exactly my type of stay."

Just be aware what you are booking, and there is nothing negative about it.

"The place feels like home and is just on the edge of the national park. The owner made sure I had everything I needed, even though he wasn't there for the majority of my stay. Suds and Didi that help at the guest house were so amazing. Very caring and friendly and made sure I was entertained during my stay. Didi's cooking is the best I had during my travels in Nepal. This place might not be for people that like comfortable hotels, but I loved staying in a mud house and being this close to nature. I highly recommend it."

"had a super nice stay in Villa Sofia, room is very clean and comfy abd the house comes with a beautiful garden. the owners are so so nice and helpful, enjoyed chatting with them and wished i have had more time :) short walk to the waterfall is also a big plus and busses pass right at the house. highly recommend💚"

It was private away from the centre of Vevchani. It felt very homely. We were there in winter and it was great and in summer it would be even better.

"We booked last minute because of issues with previous accommodation, not only they quickly prepared the place and let us see it before we pay but they also offered us a higher standard villa since it was free! In the morning we got fresh local snack from the owner and fruits as a welcome gift. Outside there is a hammock and small playground for the kids. After traumatic experience from the day it was a super nice relief!"

Could do with a kettle since boiling water in the pot in not comfortable (I noticed kettles are not really common in apartments in Panama though)

A mi me encanto todo, sobre todo a mis hijos el espacio es ideal para los niños.

The location was at the foot of the hill, which was a bit disappointing. The uphill walk did not get me much higher and I could not progress further along that path.

"What an amazing place to stay. the house is beautiful and well decorated. The pool is amazing and made our holiday. The beds were very comfortable. The showers and bath were also very good. Plenty of cooking utensils and glasses and plates etc."

The meter for the air conditioning was a bit annoying but once I'd got enough coins ok.

"Virkelig et hyggeligt sted med det sødeste personale, der gør alt hvad de kan for at gæsterne skal have en god oplevelse. De hjalp os med en guidet tur rundt i bjergene, som var en fantastisk smuk oplevelse. Det er en fantastisk beliggenhed i bjergene og skøn udsigt fra værelset. God morgenmad og aftensmad. Man skal være opmærksom på at det kan være lidt svært at komme ned at de mange stejle trapper til logden med kufferter, men også en meget unik oplevelse."

Det var meget meget koldt på værelset og i huset generelt og den eneste opvarmning på værelset var en pejs i hjørnet, som ikke kunne varme hele rummet op. Det er sikkert fint resten af året, men i januar hvor det sneede udenfor var det en meget kold oplevelse.
