Positivt punkt:
"The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of items daily. The location was great as it provided easy access to downtown, fort zeelander, restaurants etc. The cleanliness of the room and overall premises was great"
Negativt punkt:
"The room was a bit on the small side and we missed having a little couch to sit on in it. Also since there were no arrows on the mechanism controlling the hot water it was difficult to get the right mixture...most of the time the water was too hot. Also my husband won a little over $260 US in the Casino but they refused to pay him more than $100 although he only played the slot machine with US currency. He was forced to accept over $5000 in Surinamese dollar hours before we were due to leave the country. That was rather distasteful and quite unfair since that currency only has value in Suriname"

"Breakfast overly expensive. Restaurant dishes not very consistent (same dish sometimes great sometimes regular). Not so many veggie options."

"le personnel était très agréable, souriant et très attentionné. l’hôtel est très bien entretenu et très propre."

"je trouve que le prix des chambres demeure élevé comparé à d aitre hotel du même standing sur Paramaribo. il est vrai que c est hotel de centre ville donc l environnement n est pas aussi agréable que dans certains hôtels mais tout a été réalisé pour in Comfort maximum. un effort sur les prix permettrait d attirer plus de clients"

"Fijn, comfortabel, schoon appartement. Er lag brood, fruit, water, eieren en wat snacks klaar. Echt zo attent!"
Negativt punkt:
"Het constant aanwezige gezoem van de reuze ventilatoren van de Sail. Lekker buiten zitten was daardoor niet zo lekker"

"The room was nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the grounds were beautiful. The staff was very pleasant for the most part. However, one of the kitchen staff wasn't the most friendly. She just always seemed annoyed by some of our requests. (Maybe she was just having a bad day, who knows). The guys at the entrance gate were always very nice, friendly and helpful. We very much appreciated their assistance, especially when it was pouring rain."
