"Fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the experience was excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, but what truly made our stay special was the service. Mustafa at the reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He went above and beyond by upgrading us to a much nicer room, which we really appreciated. His kindness and professionalism made a great first impression and set the tone for a wonderful stay. It’s always the people who make the biggest difference, and Mustafa definitely did that for us. We felt genuinely looked after and valued as guests. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will happily return in the future."

"The location is very convenient to access and close to the conference centre."

"I didn't like the fact that there was no provision for Nigerian meals, I think that should be taken into consideration especially when hosting guest from Nigeria, I had to order Nigerian meals outside. Especially our Nigerain Jollof and swallows."

"Spacious rooms, comfy beds, good desk service. Very good food selection for the breakfast"

"Fixed windows pointed to the internal mall which had lots of light on through the night so part of that light was getting into the room. The apartment was prepared for 2 adults, but we booked it for four people."

"As it was ramadan we were fasting during day. Had evening meal at restaurant staff not very accommodating slow to respond. food tasted stale and over priced."
