"Facilidade com passeios. O hotel é um ponto de saída de passeios para Isla Mujeres e Chichen-Itzá, por exemplo. Além dos hóspedes, aparecem pessoas de outros lugares para embarcar na praia que aparece nas fotos do anúncio, que é literalmente a “prainha”do hotel. Então foi muito cômodo fechar o passeio no hotel, tomar o café da manhã e já sair dali mesmo para Isla Mujeres."

"A comida é bem simples. Quem não come carne fica com pouca opção de proteína. Não é todo dia que tem frango."

"Location and cleanliness of bathroom. The CO-WORK space with fee included with the room; and coffee and water available. Very good wifi connexion everywhere. The fence was removed near the beach: VERY NICE INDEED."

"Loud techno music all day long. It would have been nice to hear the waves and read a book quietly at some point . Having to pay in order to enjoy a beach chair. Pool needs a paint job."

"Rooms were comfortable, staff was pleasant, pool and pool area were great. The inner courtyard was nice. The location is the best. Close to ADO bus terminal, beside a park with lots of food options, and on the other side is the main drag. Easy to take the r1 or r2 bus to the beach, bus stop is only a block away."

"Nothing, everything was good. Our tv didn't work but I think that was user error haha. I'm sure it would work if I knew how to use the remote lol."

"Location was fantastic, and the free drinks were a nice touch. We loved the breakfast, comfy bed and option to pay extra to check out late really helped when we had a late night flight home."

"The room stunk of drains, that we had to block the plugs with a wet flannel to stop the smell in the room. Since you cannot open a window on the 8th floor, and the air con couldnt filter the smell, we had to keep our front door open to ventilate"
