"It was a wonderful stay. The Amelia apartment, located in a 17th-century townhouse, makes you feel as if you are living in the welcoming quarters of the Grand Inquisitor of Malta, whose residence is just a few minutes’ walk away. The charming Triq il-Kampnar (The Bell Tower Street) only reinforces You in this impression. You will find everything you need here to enjoy a comfortable stay in such an extraordinary place as the island of Malta. Three ispPeace and quiet. Outside sine mysterious cats are guarding the street to make sure no one disturbs your sleep. In the morning, as you have breakfast, you can hear the cheerful voices of children happily on their way to one of the best schools on the island – St. Francis School. It was gorgeous, it was divine. On a scale from 0 to 10 points, we give it 20."

"The location was excellent for exploring the 3 cities & Valletta. We enjoyed living in a traditional Maltese street & meeting our Maltese neighbours. The property was within in easy walking distance of bus stops & the ferry which made it easy to explore the whole island on public transport."

"Unfortunately we found the bed not as comfortable as we would have liked. In addition, the water heater in the bathroom was noisy during the night and woke us up on many occasions. We also felt that the shower would have benefited from a shelf to put toiletries on."

"Beautifully renovated townhouse in an ideal location. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. The marina, with plenty of bars and restaurants is just around the corner and the ferry to Valletta is a ten minute walk from the townhouse along the marina. David, the host, is amazing. So helpful, accommodating and prompt replying to any questions."

"The mezzanine rooms are a little noisy as the road is quite busy but it’s soon sorted with ear plugs. Sun beds would be nice on the roof terrace but there is artificial grass to put your towel on."

"Overall very nice apartment, much much bigger and better than expected and very clean. Location for us was spot on, quiet residential road, away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to main attractions."

"Few things were broken like door handle, downstairs bath and window locks but can't complain for the price."
