"Very nice hotel and our hotel room had a wonderful view of the strip. The room was large and comfortable. We were given lots of goodies to eat and take away. The check-in and concierge staff were very good but the man outside directing traffic not so much."

"Accessing the hotel was a pain both in and out. We took the shuttle from the ferry but had to wait 20 minutes for it to arrive and then had to walk a mile through the shopping centre to reach the hotel. I would just take a bus or taxi in future. Also walking to the hotel from the strip was not that easy as the entrance was away from the road. We wanted to get a taxi when we left the hotel but the man outside directed us down to another rank where there was a queue and in the end a man from the neighbouring hotel took pity and called us down to his taxi rank where he got us a cab straight away."

"We booked our stay here on a bit of a whim and as soon as we walked into the room wished we had booked longer than 1 night! The room was absolutely stunning and so much more impressive than it looked in the photos, the bathroom had a lovely spa bath. Location was very central and it was a lovely spot to explore the strip on foot and grab a meal at one of the many restaurants nearby. Staff were extremely helpful in assiting us to book a limo service to the ferry terminal on our departure & catching the coach on arrival at the terminal was also very easy."

"There was fan noise that ran all night that we couldn't seem to turn off and therefore unfortunately interupted our sleep."

"Clean hotel well kept and staff was excellent housekeeping like Jacky and nino always make sure that the room is clean and tidy everything I need was there. The hotel duty manager Theresa was excellent in performing her job. She made sure from checking in to checking out was perfect. Yuki and Calvin assisted me on my needs and Yolanda the duty manger and the rest of the concierge made my stay convenient to booking the taxi to booking my dining experience. Lastly, Alex help me with my heavy luggage. The location is very convenient although I don’t speak Chinese everything was taken care of."
