"The staff were warm and welcoming from the start. They were always on hand to answer any questions or to give good advice. The hotel itself is charming and beautiful. My room was spacious and clean with nice hot water from the shower and there was a fridge and safe inside. The pool area is nice for relaxing, but beware the water is very cold and refreshing! The breakfast was plentiful, tasty and recommended for the price. The location is good - inbetween the Train staion and the Medina and only a short distance from other places of interest."

"Location was fantastic! Comfy bed and good shower. The staff and food were amazing! Mehdi in particular went above and beyond to make our stay as perfect as possible. Would highly recommend staying here if you want the full local Marrakesh atmosphere, beware though that you will not have undisturbed sleep."

"Bedroom was very small and noisy due to front door bell being used. Not enough privacy and noisy due to other guests all being in such close proximity."

"Very clean and well located within the Medina. Good host and recommend you eat at the riad at least one evening. Breakfast is also very nice. Would recommend this to everybody"

"Everything; location is central to everywhere a tourist needs. Reception personell are amazing and very service orientated, in particular Fatima Zahra and Malika (they are awesome and always proactive to help)."
