"Meget hyggeligt og rigtig pænt hotel med god beliggenhed tæt på Cornavin togstation, samt sporvogn 15 lige om hjørnet, som kører nærmest hele tiden. Det er særdeles nemt at komme videre rundt i byen, lige meget hvor man skal hen. Meget venligt personale, og ovenikøbet fik vi en lille flaske rødvin med hilsen fra direktionen, efter en lille misforståelse, som blev rettet med det samme. Værelset var ikke stort, men godt indrettet med tilpas skabsplads og lille siddehjørne med 2 stole og et bord, samt kaffe/te- faciliteter. Også godt indrettet stort badeværelse. Morgenmaden var glimrende, med godt udvalg af lidt af hvert."

"Quiet and comfortable and excellent location for train station and exploring Geneva. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We spent one night when we arrived in Switzerland, then went off to Gstaad for a week and then stayed again at Kipling before catching train next day for early flight. Both women on reception made checking in, out and reserving the room for the second stay seamless and pleasant."
"We had a bit of challenge working out the heating/air conditioning system, it would have been helpful to have some brief instructions in the room."

"Location was excellent. Walking distance to everywhere. Train station 5 mins. Restaurants and supermarkets. Lake 8 mins. The room was a good size. Very warm. The most comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was very good with excellent coffee. Good tea and coffee facilities in room with small fridge too."
"I would have liked some slippers in the room. Its the first hotel in a long time that hasn't provided slippers. I didnt ask for some, maybe if I had they may have provided."
