"The rooms and beds are very comfortable. Perhaps the only problem is the pillows, which are too soft and not thick enough. But overall, everything is perfect, with really good service, clean rooms and useful extras such as free umbrellas if you need them or electrical adapters for your laptop."

"The hotel is in a good location, an easy walk from the central station and a variety of interesting places to eat. The room was clean, and mostly comfortable. The bed and pillows were great and the duvet was perfect for the season (late summer). The air conditioning worked. The bathroom was a reasonable size and even had a bath. For the bath alone, I would have given them full marks. All the basics were there, the staff were pleasant and helpful, and for the price and time of year it was excellent value for money."

"There wasn't anything that bothered me to the extent that I would complain about it. For the price, it was on the good side of what a person could reasonably expect. The towels were old but perfectly cleaned. The desk and chair weren't optimised for working, but I haven't been in a hotel where they were, and the cleaning staff found me a better chair."
