"Le rapport qualité prix est correct. La propreté des lieux et des chambres s'est acceptables. Un personnel accueillant et humain."

"Ce n'est pas mon premier séjour à cet endroit. En octobre 2018, j'ai loué une suite et la pression de l'eau dans la douche était minimal. Aujourd'hui lors de mon séjour en août 2025, dans une chambre économique la même problématique. Il y a aussi le fait que les visiteurs ont de la difficulté avec le stationnement déjà restreint et le respect après 22h00(parler fort, marcher du talon ou sauter,claquer les portes). De plus, il devrait y avoir des accroches porte disant ne pas déranger et refaire la chambre pour remplacer les approvisionnements de café et des serviettes."

"We arrived late at night - 1am, took an Uber from the airport and were greeted by reception. The room was a simple dorm room - side by side - with a shared bathroom. The door to the corridor locked so that our two rooms and bathroom were private and secure. There was a lounge area with a TV and a kitchenette if you require that. It was very clean. Breakfast was great! The staff of young people were helpful and pleasant. This was perfect for a quick stay in St. John's - where we didn't think that the value of an expensive hotel in the downtown area was worth it. It was about $15 to Uber to the main street. In my opinion and having our budget in mind, better to save that money for interesting stays in other areas of the province or an amazing boat tour!"

"This place is centrally located in La Baie right along bythe waterfront. It was a nice walk to the micro brasserie and the winter street festival was on. Even fireworks last night to top off the cruise ship in port. Wonderful time and would stay again. Clean. Nice simple breakfast. Comfortable bed. Second time in the community and would stay here again. I'm useless at French and could get by with my broken French and the staff here in town understanding me back in their English. Well worth the money."
