I did the diving course right in front of the hotel, and it was incredible. I was very well taken care of. The restaurant is excellent as well, with wonderful service."

"The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of San pedro and the airport, yet is quiet. The rooms are spacious and comfy. Breakfast is at the blue water grill at extra cost, but theres a good selection and is good. The place comes alive in the evening with drinks, music and themed menus. The reception team are very attentive and helpful. The pool are while small is very welcome, good for relaxing in the heat of the day."

"Put sand in the court yard. I thought the courtyard was bare and plain. Some sand, maybe colored sand, lights some decorations like colorful plants and flowers would add to the ambience."

"The room was very spacious for 2 people, we each had our own bed. The shower was amazing and the counter space for getting ready was great! The beds were comfortable. The hotel was walking distance from the airport (right across the street). And the hotel had a beautiful pool and wonderful bar/restaurant with fabulous staff! I would 100% stay here again."

"The hotel was very well located and everything important was within walking distance (restaurants, tour operators, airport). The hotel grounds and rooms were very clean. Our deluxe room was large enough and the washbasin was separate from the shower and toilet, which we found very pleasant. We also had a side sea view, which we were very pleased with. The room cleaning service was very good. The staff were also very friendly, helpful and attentive. The complex itself offered a few lounges and hammocks to relax in. There were plenty of loungers by the pool and it was never too crowded. We particularly liked the fact that we could fill up with water for free and that there was free coffee at reception in the morning."

"We would have liked it even more if we had had an opening window facing the sea. However, there are only windows facing the inner courtyard towards the pool and a small one in the bathroom. In the morning it was sometimes very loud outside. As the walls are very thin, we were often woken up at 6am by our neighbors watching TV and talking loudly. Another negative point is the breakfast. Belize itself is very expensive, and the hotel restaurant is unfortunately no exception. We found USD 10 for a bit of scrambled eggs and toast very expensive. We were pleasantly surprised by the dinner and the price was okay. However, the service was not so good. When we did not order dessert and ordered a carafe of sangria instead, we were immediately brought the bill even though our glasses were still full and we would have liked to order something else afterwards. Of course, we then decided not to."

"Sheena at the front desk was very friendly and helpful upon check in and Ryan was courteous and professional with assisting me to the room and check-in. I as very glad to see him still there serving customers after 6 years since I first visited Belize and stayed at the hotel."

"Pricing. For the same amount of money I could have booked with the Hilton in MBV or any other number of boutique hotels and resorts on the island. I chose this one strictly for the proximity to the airport however, in the future, I may stay elsewhere for a different experience."
