"The staff is very friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast wasn't something extraordinary but was good enough and I think that there was something for everyone. The room was spacious, the climate control was exelent, you have a minibar/fridge. The bathroom is big enough. The hotel was very good and I recommend it. There is a big supermarket (BILLA) in walking distance as well"

"The place is somewhat outdated and everything is very big and stark but that's probably because of the era of the building. Our studio room was huge however the kitchen could have done with some plates and cutlery as nothing was provided. We asked for a kettle which the very friendly lady at reception provided us with when we asked her. The bus to the old town and Pakana stop right outside the hotel but make sure you alert the bus driver that you want to get off as he ignored our stop signal when we pushed the button. There is also a supermarket close by"
