Hotel Slavuna

"1. The manager at the reception was very helpful many times. A big thanks to her! 2. In case of any problem, the staff tries to help you, and you will not be ignored for sure. 3. The view and location are beautiful. 4. The beach is extremely close. 5. There is a variety of food, and it’s possible to eat between main meals on the terrace. 6. There is a cultural program in the canteen. I might return to Slavuna because the location is good, and the problems are not that serious and did not ruin our family vacation."

"1. The tables, even after cleaning, sometimes don’t feel completely clean. (I once saw a canteen staff member accidentally drop a table mat on the floor and then put it back on the table with a clean plate for the next guest.) 2. The table mats do not seem to be cleaned regularly and can develop an unpleasant smell. 3. On one occasion, a canteen staff member stood nearby, waiting for my husband to finish his dish to clear the plate, which made the meal feel a bit uncomfortable. Most of the other canteen staff are professional and pleasant. 4. The music in the canteen can be extremely loud, and if you sit directly in front of the speaker, it can be physically uncomfortable for the ears. 5. The forest area shown in some beautiful Booking photos is unfortunately inaccessible, as the paths appear to be broken or closed."

"Very nice location ,on the beach, the forest behind the hotel. Nice swimming pool. Food was good and plenty. Sun beds and private beach acces is nice. The rooms have a big bed and a sofa. Also big balconies and AC."

"The shower is a little cramped, and some metalic parts on the balcony showed some rust."

"Faptul ca am platit 50 lei parcare pe zi ca sa lasam masina in padure. Nu sunt parcari amenajate pentru cati turisti vin in 3 hoteluri. Ceva probleme cu baia din camera."

"Localizare excelentă pe plajă. Mâncarea și băutura sunt tipice hotelurilor bulgărești de acest fel (raportul calitate-preț mi s-a părut un pic cam mare). Lifturile funcționau ok și nu erau ploșnițe (cum am citit pe alte site-uri de recenzii) și doar câteva alte insecte rătăcite (e lângă pădure, totuşi). Se vede că hotelul este comunist, renovat, să nu aveți așteptări de cine știe ce lux."
