"Our hosts were very friendly and attentive. They communicated with us about our check-in time and when we arrived they helped us to park our car and get situated in our room. The room included a lovely private balcony that we used to enjoy an evening drink before bed. The room was spacious and the bedding was cozy. In the morning we were treated to a delicious homecooked breakfast of French toast with cheese and jam. We would stay again!"

"Excellent family run hotel, 20 min drive from Rila monastery. The place is spotless clean, the rooms are very comfortable. We had breakfast included. Hot water and ac, plenty of parking places. The owners are very nice and friendly. Everything was more than excellent."

"The triple room is big and clean. - The beds are confortable. - The room has a mini fridge, very useful if you have food or beverages with you. - The room also has a small balcony. - The included breakfast is big and very good. - Good value for the money."
"- The rooms of the hotel were closed with a key, although we announced the time when we will arrive. We had to firmly knock on the door several times for someone to hear us and open the door. - Nobody speaks English, so if you need something, there is no one you can talk to. - The ground floor (where the reception and the breakfast tables are) is full of messy personal belongings of the hosts/employees (clothes, medication, phones, toys, books, etc)."
