"Kranevo turned out to be a good choice for traveling with a child. Basic infrastructure is there. Good beach. Nearby are paths for walking in the mountains along the sea. 1. The hotel is between 2 and 3 stars. Overall, it's okay :) It is clean, the linen is changed. The water in the shower is leaking 2. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The beach is large, clean, and has easy access to the water. 3. Good staff. They speak English, Bulgarian, Russian, and Romanian. 4. Breakfast is not fancy, but there's a wide selection. 5. The pool is large and clean. 6. Our room was quiet (the windows overlooked a grassy area)."

"Kranevo is a 2-3 star resort. The restaurants are mediocre. There is no entertainment. But I understood this and went for the silence and the sea. Cons of the hotel: 1. the renovation is not new. 2. the lunches and dinners are very simple 3. the central air conditioning unit at the end of the hotel is constantly humming. 4. there is no soundproofing between the rooms."

"I am coming to this hotel for at least 5 years. I choose it every time for the cleanliness, location and access to the main street and restaurants. It is not fancy or has a lot of amenities but... the room was everytime spotless, bedsheets and towels and bathroom spotless and the pool..cleaned and checket evrery day. It has a lovely rose garden and nice places to hang around by the pool."

"Hotel is located close to the beach and close to the Black Ice Arena ice rink, which was important to us. Pool and gym were the main reasons, apart from the location, that we chose this hotel, and it didn't disappoint. Hotel was clean, breakfast was ok, gym is small but nice and new, pool maintained every day- everything we wanted from this hotel!"

"Pillows are not comfortable. Also, sound proofing could be better... But what we didn't like the most, was the fact that on July 7th, 13 young man, who were NOT staying at the hotel, came to the pool and started jumping, playing volleyball, splashing each other and aggressively playing with each other so that guests started leaving the pool. After about an hour or so, no actual guests (apart the three of us) were left at the small hotel pool- just the local men. We tried speaking to the receptionist four times, but all the reaction from the hotel management was a mild “please, don’t jump” to the men who literally drove their paying guests from the pool with their behavior."

"Very good hotel! Perfect location, close to the beach. Clean and tidy, towels and sheets have been changed daily. Pool was spacious and water was clean. Breakfast was good and various, tasty food"

"The gym was not ventilated and the equipment was old and mainly for men. In the night it was very noisy. Loud music from the other hotels nearby, people shouting around the pool"
