"We booked last minute and wasn’t really sure what to expect but the room was immaculate and comfortable. We had a lovely balcony and a view. Very spacious. We arrived after reception closed and clear instructions were given and it was easy to get inside."

"Everything was perfect , staff was friendly and helpful. We personally thank you for the nice touch in the room and the wishes. The food was out of this world compared to other 5 star resorts that we stayed in Bulgaria. Thank you also for fixing the issue with the parking , greatly appreciated. The views were amazing and the most exciting thing was that after you eat you can just stroll off the restaurant's terrace for a walk in the Old Nessebar. For sure we will come for another stay. Thank you for everything ! PS: they let you feed the cats, but please bear in mind to leave food for the cats near the terrace. Nobody will complain. Incredible."
