"Hotel is located in the city centre with many public transports around like metro, bus and tram. The reception staff was very friendly and helped us with nearby restaurants as we arrived around 11pm. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good with many options. Tip: you can use your debit/credit card to pay for public transportation and there’s a cap of €5 per day."

"I arrived on crutchies after a ski accident in Bansko. The hotel took very good care of us, they were very helpful incl. continues icecube supply, wheel chair, organising taxis, etc. I am very greatful, many thanks again!"

"This hotel never disappoints. The staff are super friendly and speak English well, the rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is superb, and the location is perfect. I've stayed here twice, once in summer and once in winter, and the room was always a good temperature."
