"The breakfast was exceptional, best buffet we’ve had at a hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The design of the place was really good and loved the lighting in the restaurant/ bar. Spa facilities and gym were great and very clean. Loved the location as well. Really close to the airport and also close to Salzburg centre. Great walks near by the hotel. Prosecco on arrival was a really nice touch."

"The light switches didn’t work in our room so we could either have all of them on or none of them. Don’t know if that was the design? (Room 51). Wasn’t a massive issue but sometimes we wanted less lights on. Pillows weren’t comfy either but that’s pretty hard to get right when you go to a hotel because everyone has a different preference"

"I was first given a ground-floor room. After I contacted reception, a different staff member he moved me to a first-floor room, which was much better. The first gay in the receptionist asked for my credit card details for a deposit, which felt unnecessary since most hotels can simply place a refundable hold. When I questioned it, they said it wasn’t needed after all. I found that a bit unreasonable"
