"WiFi didn’t work most of the time. Rooms could have the possibility to have a quick coffee/tea. Personnel never asked, during checkout, how was it or anything of the sort. Once can see that thanks to the location there are always customers that use this hotel."
"This hotel is in an amazing location for shops and restaurants and very pretty. It was an easy walk into town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked about access to tea and coffee as no kettle in the room. A young man took a kettle, milk and mugs to our room."
"The rooms are a little cramped and the shower in the economy room had only a partial screen so water went over the floor."
"Perfect location - old Salzburg was on our doorstep. Two restaurants in the hotel were good . There was a lift. We enjoyed the decor and feel of the hotel plus the use of a lounge. There was also a seating area by reception which was very useful for guests arriving and waiting for texts etc."
