The pool is lovely, cleaned daily. The property offers privacy between apartments with plenty of seating. Ground floors are convenient! A car is a must for beaches and large shopping which is always 30 minutes away whichever direction. Walkable to fast-food and various stores. Location is industrial/low residential however, no negative issues encountered whatsoever 👍. Very safe. The gentleman who manages is absolutely wonderful. He attends to every need, request, and or something to fix. The place is old but looked after. His name is Harley; he's a kind and caring person. This complex is ideal for long term stays. Laundry on site."

Meget svært at finde. Adressen er Friars Hill Road, men stedet har intet at gøre med denne adresse. Det er off Maple Hill Road hvor der burde være et skilt!! Nærmeste strand er ikke Yepton Beach, men Dickenson Bay!

Y lo que más me agrado es que se puede usar el gimnasio del edificio. El apartamento esta muy cerca del aeropuerto, haciendo facil la llegada. Por la mañana no hay tráfico, además de que son puntuales para traer el transporte que me llevó al aeropuerto, por lo que llegué en el tiempo esperado, sin mencionar que tienen desayuno incluído, fueron tan amables de ponermelo para llevar ya que quería desayunar luego."

Walking around the neighborhood because too many dogs. Though most were chained but their threatening bucks and sometimes meeting unchained ones scared me off. I don’t like dogs!

"The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious and it is so nice to have a serviced apartment. The location is very good, the train and buses are a 5 minute walk and you are surrounded by restaurants and a supermarket closeby and it is a very short walk to views over the harbour. I would highly recommend this hotel."

A very minor thing, the cups are so small for having a tea or coffee!

We loved being able to stroll along the Mole and watch the sunset. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a lovely balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Swakopmund!"

"View stunning, apartment a very generous size and well appointed. Track by the lake closed due to waste water upgrades but no fault of the apartments as affects all properties. Sophia was so welcoming on reception and looked after our bags till check in time and on day of check out."

A bit off the beaten path - we were aware of it and it didn't bother us, but be prepared for 1 km or so of dirt road until you get there.

"We stayed in the apartment A402, I believe their are a number of units rented in the complex. We had underground parking a few steps from the lift. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace with great views, including Mont Blanc in the distance. It was very well kitted out and very comfortable. I felt it was good value for the price we paid."

The beds and bed linen are ok (clean) but could do with an upgrade. The bathroom could also do with an upgrade, remove the bath and put in a shower, and upgrade the lighting, but that is just my opinion. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss, it is been connected through a Netgear Router from the apartment directly above.

"Seyfu is giving his best to satisfy his guests. He came to pick me up to the airport, showed around Lalibela, even took me as a guide to few rock-hewn churches, for free, provided breakfast every morning, all for free, even though it wasn’t included in my booking. His place is clean, yet within local community, which I really liked. You see how locals live. It is onsuite room with large bed, separate entrance, free wifi, towels changed every day, bed made every day. I don’t have enough words to describe his hospitality. You simply become friend with Seyfu straight away. Thank you brother for everything!"

"Καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της πόλης, σε μικρή απόσταση από Σύνταγμα, Ερμού, Μοναστηράκι, Πλάκα και Κολωνάκι. Όμορφη διακόσμηση και διάθεση βασικού εξοπλισμού."

Ανυπόφορος θόρυβος τη νύχτα, εξαιτίας νεανικού club που λειτουργεί από κάτω. Χρειάζεται επειγόντως ισχυρή ηχομόνωση για περιορισμό του προβλήματος.

"Остров небольшой (800 на 400м). На острове 3 отеля, 3 магазина, 2 кафешки. дайв-клуб. У отеля собственный частный пляж с бесплатными лежаками и хорошим заходом в воду - даже тапочки не нужны. Рядом рифы с огромным количеством местных рыбок разного размера и цвета, поэтому берите с собой маску. Мы жили в Garden vew - это отдельный от основгого отеля guest house на 5 номеров с частной территорией - вход по чипу. Пляж, ресторан находятся на основной территории отеля (Laguna view), где имеется 22 номера. Они естественно дороже. От garden view до laguna view метров 400 по прямой. Так что мы хоть 1000 шагов за день наматывали, а то и 100 не выходило бы ))) Вечером к причалу приплывают акулы няньки и рифовые акулы - отель их кормит каждый вечер."

Мы брали полный пансион. Завтраки были печальные. Из белка только омлет с овощами и через раз сосиски. В обед не швецкий стол, а отель сам дает то, что готовят в данный день. Не нравится - заказывай из платного меню: 2е блюдо + сок выходит 15-20$ на человека. На ужин макароны+рис и мясо+рыба. 1 салат и 1 вид фруктов. Наверное для Мальдив это нормально - не знаю.
