"The Bathroom area could do with an upgrade as it appeared to austere to feel comfortable in. A glass shower partition would bring some modernity to the adequately sized room which lacked warmth."

"Bedroom was comfortable and I had a deluxe room. Wifi was working perfect. The staff was friendly and responsive. Linah was super amazing and helpful. Nkosi was friendly and kept me company in the afternoons at the pool."

"Quiet lovely clean staff friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast is just toast eggs beans and cereal but that's all I needed. Plenty juice tea and coffee at hand anytime. 😊"

"Nice and bright room on the first floor, comfortable bed, a/c, fan, big bathroom. Very good communication and smooth pick up from the airport. It was very easy to arrange for taxis and book activities through the front desk. Special thanks to Naki who was really attentive and a life saviour for me. Unfortunately when I checked in I was sick and Naki was checking up on me, she called a private doctor ( who was very good) to come at the lodge, she canceled and rebooked on time all my activities so that I wouldn't miss out on anything. She was a perfect professional in handling this crisis and she absolutely took care of everything for me considering I was travelling alone. Also the rest of the staff where kind, smiley and helpful too."

"The only thing I have to say is that the specific room I was in is right opposite to the breakfast area and therefore not very "secluded"."

"The breakfast was somewhat poor, The lighting in the room was ok but 1 of the bed side table lamp could not connect as there was no plug point. The room does not have sufficient plug points, was difficult to charge electronic equipment due to the shortage of electric plugs. Also 1 plug point very high impossible to reach it. I’m not short but I had difficulty reaching the soap dispenser in the shower, it was placed very high, almost out of reach for a standard night person. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone. Excellent staff and very helpful."

"I had a wonderful stay at Kasongo lodge ! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, they made my birthday special, especially the reception team thanks to them ,they also made life easy with booking activities coordinating everything making it beautiful, the chef and the guard the waiter Their warm hospitality made me feel completely at home. The service was excellent, and I truly appreciated the comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. I would happily stay there again!"
